Hello, my name
is Dan Isbell. My daughters, Leigha,
Shannon, Sarah, Lisa and I own and operate
Premier Catering. We excel in providing
quality foods with excellent service.
We have no
menus. You tell us what foods you like and I
develop a menu that will exceed your
expectations. Whenever possible, we use
local organic produce and free range meats
and sea foods. We work with local farmers to
obtain the freshest products available.
With our
Traveling Restaurant
tm
we cook on-site. We don’t prepare foods in
advance and deliver them in a van. We grind
fresh cuts of beef to produce the finest
burgers and sausages. Our chicken fried
steak is great too. We filet fresh northwest
salmon for premium quality. Shellfish is
harvested locally. We cut our steaks from
prime beef. We cook our meats over a
charcoal and mesquite fired barbeque for a
flavor that can’t be beat.
My background as
a banquet chef enables me to prepare foods
that will satisfy almost anyone. From salmon
filets with couscous, rack of lamb with
roasted red potatoes, filet mignon to
homemade sausage sandwiches, we have what
you want.
We specialize in catering intimate affairs,
weekend parties, business meetings, any
occasion. We service the entire peninsula,
Kitsap and Mason counties. Bainbridge
Island, Silverdale, Gig Harbor to the Tacoma
Narrows Bridge.
